Areas of Activity:
The aim is to provide raw or processed images obtained from aerial platforms.
Images obtained from reconnaissance observation satellites, including GÖKTÜRK-1, will be orthophoto-processed.
With four different platforms, it will generate critical information for use by customers, especially in the decision support processes of public authorities, using aerial imagery.
Platforms:
1) Emergency Mapping: Customized maps and analyses will be provided to emergency managers for post-disaster damage assessment within 3 hours of the receipt of aerial images (Optical and SAR).
2) Situational Awareness at Sea: The objectives include detecting ships passing through the Exclusive Economic Zone (EEZ) and not sharing information, detecting oil spills, determining ship routes, creating sea wind and wave maps, and identifying abnormal ship movements.
3) Change and Deformation Analysis: Change analyses will be conducted in areas identified within the scope of environmental and urban management. Deformations in critical buildings and facilities will be monitored with millimeter precision.
4) Food Security Management: For designated areas, planting areas will be determined; plant species identification, yield estimation, risk assessment, post-disaster yield change analysis, variable rate fertilization for efficient fertilizer use, variable rate irrigation for efficient water use, farmer information system creation and monitoring will be carried out.
