Initiated by the Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources of the Republic of Turkey, with the participation of the Presidency of Defense Industries and the private sector, on July 17, 2017; it was established with the mission of transforming boron-based high-value-added materials into a globally competitive commercial asset and producing them sustainably.
