ABOUT US
SSTEK Savunma Sanayi Teknolojileri Inc., established in 2016 is a company of The Presidency of
Turkish Defence Industries (SSB). SSTEK establishes new companies or enters into partnership with
existing companies to boost national development and production capability and capacity of critical
technologies required for the national defence industries.
MISSION
To contribute to our country’s goal of full independence in critical technologies by
making investments that support continuous development in our national defense
industry.
VISION
For the great and mighty Turkey; realize investment on advanced technology areas in the
national defence industries to reduce the foreign dependency and implement the
governance system and sustainable resource management systems to be a successful
global company.
OUR MAIN ACTIVITIES
Depending on the needs of the country that are pointed as critical by the SSB,
SSTEK establishes new companies which will develop the technologies, then monitoring
their activities by controlling and coordinating them.
In order to transform existing capabilities into capacity; SSTEK provides necessary
financial (capital) support for development of the SME’s infrastructure and organizational
capabilities and then creating a presence in defence area through
SSTEK brand value.
